The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the wraps were packed with juicy meat and tasty sauce. But what made it even better was the amazing service. Nazanin was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect and really cared about the customers. You can tell she puts love into her work. "I needed to get food late at night, and saw the positive reviews here. They are accurate. I was greeted by a very friendly Amir, who was pleasant, smiling, and very welcoming. It was about 20 minutes before closing, but Amir did not rush me, nor did he make me feel uncomfortable for asking to make food as he was ready to pack up and go home. The atmosphere alone is 5 / 5 stars. Amir is very accommodating and is very good at what he does. I especially appreciated how the location was very clean, very tidy, very welcoming, and also festively decorated for Ramadan. They even had dates in a tray, neatly packaged, for those observing the month of fasting. Very, very considerate! Now, the food…. It certainly matches the excellent service. Very fresh. Very tasty. Very appetizing. Two thumbs up for Amir. He helped make the night a very pleasant one, and the food he made for us was top notch. The bread is fresh. The meat is well seasoned, well cooked, and of high quality. The veggies are crisp and fresh. The pickled items are very tasty and well pickled and served with care. If you have not tried shawarma, or falafel, this is a good place to start. The food is authentic and made with pride and care. "We visited this place on Wednesday at around midnight, and even at that late hour the service was excellent. Two staff members were working, and both of them were extremely polite, patient, and took the time to explain the menu clearly. "Honestly one of the better shawarma spots I’ve tried. I ordered pickup and everything was ready right on time, which I really appreciated. The shawarma itself was really good, fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and actually care about how the food turns out. Portions were solid too, definitely worth it. What stood out the most though was the service. Amir and Naz were both super friendly and welcoming. Even though I was just picking up, they made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. You don’t always get that kind of attitude, so it definitely stuck with me.
